Now both `fac` and `ncr` will return NAN, if any argument is NAN.
Ignore object files and executables from make targets. Also added repl-readline to make clean target.

Added nan check for ncr and fac functions.
Now both will return nan, when given nan as parameter.
This should resolve #62
Also added .gitignore with the artifacts from make
